Those that stay in Butterworth, they will not find this stall strange.
Here are some of the pictures that I've taken. Look at the cockles... it looks so bloody.... And those side dishes... look at the curry paste, ... do you feel the spicy-ness in your mouth??
Yup, this is everyone call 'Keh Liao Curry Mee'. The stall used to be on the other side of the road, some how due to new development, they are forced to move to the current place. Their stall is actually located few meters from the Jalan Telaga Air traffic light.
In fact, this stall was published in Flavours Magazine Good Food Guide some time last year. I wasn't able to take the picture (at that moment) of how many dishes where you can order. But, am showing you what was the magazine was showing.
I've been there many times, the only thing that we find it some how a bit funny is, the 1st bowl that you order is always little, but the 2nd order is slightly bigger portion.
Oh ya, the stall only open at night, and close on Sunday. Those days the stall will only open for business when they can find those sotongs with eggs (is that what you call?), other wise, they will not open at all.
