Today marks a calendar special date 07.07.07 - a new discovery of
Ipoh Hor Fun (怡保河粉) located in
Chai Leng Park (
Wai Sek Kai in
Cantonese). The shop name is Lao Di Fang!

I didn't know there's a stall selling
Ipoh authentic dish, that's call
Ipoh Kei Si
Hor Fun (
怡保雞絲河粉) and Fresh Prawns
Wantan (鮮蝦云吞). I presumed the owner must be from
Ipoh as the way he described the order relates to a
Ipoh Cantonese way.
I took the Ipoh Hor Fun, the tiny flat noodle, a plate of chicken that came with Ipoh style ginger paste and a bowl of wanton soup. Surprisingly, the taste is of the Ipoh authentic taste.
Noticed that quite a lot of customer walk-in to buy home and some eat in.

Oh ya, another thing that I guess not many coffee shop have such healthy advice, this actually caught my attention. How many coffee shop will tell you that they are actually using those water filter to filter the water? How many of those coffee shop that use less sugar for any beverages that you order? Honestly, I hardly see one of this, except this one.
If you ask me what would I rate this? Well, I'll give it a 4 star out of 5. The cleanliness of the shop is also another area that I would like to bring up too, it's clean and it's bright, tables and chairs are well organized too.
Don't believe it? Check it out yourself ...
