大年初二, 開年飯 2nd day of Chinese New Year

大年初二是娘家裡頭最忙的一天。因為年初一一过,嫁出门去的女儿们就會纷纷帶着丈夫和孩子回娘家過年。

這一天, 我媽很早醒來準備燒菜, 看著她忙這忙那, 我們幾個姊妹也跟著下手幫忙。新年裡頭尤其年初二爸媽一定要我們盛(飯),添(菜), 他們說那是好意頭。那我們就聽從老人家吧!

這一天媽燒的菜好豐富, 有雞有魚有肉有蝦。讓我來介紹我們廣東台山新寧的新年菜殽吧。

滿地黃金

金銀就手, 媽的馳名的新年湯。我就忘了拍這一道菜。 我怎麼忘了拍年年有餘 呢?

全部都是媽的結作。一句話 - 勁啊!

My 1st visit here. Dishes look good and the names are just great, very meaningful ! I wondered how my grandma used to make 9-10 dishes in once by her own too. To the moms and grandmas, cheers !
