芽菜雞 Chicken Beansprout

When ever we passed by Bumah Road, I’ll tend to look at this stall which is next to former Super Departmental Store, which is now a make up training centre I believe.

What caught my attention is the Bean Sprout Chicken, I could see few of those chicken hanging up there, and a few tables for customers to sit. Though it’s in the coffee shop, however this stall is so pathetic that it’s placed outside the shop.

There was one Saturday, hubby missed his lunch due to heavy workload at work. Not that he has to work over the weekend, but that weekend, he was so busy and missed his lunch. Therefore, we had something light like such, and we both were driving around that area and that stall caught my attention again.

I told hubby lets have that… I would have say that flat noodle doesn’t look like Ipoh flat noodles, it looks slight fatter compared to Ipoh one is slightly thinner in shape.

Chicken is smooth and tender and also… juicy too. Am sure it cooked it thru the right timing.

Bean sprouts, though unlike Ipoh bean sprout fat and short, but it’s a must have item whenever you’re into this.

This stall also sell oil rice or porridge, depending on customer’s request.

Not a bad place to hop into if you miss your lunch or tend to have late lunch.
