日昇香港燒鴨飯 Yat Seng Roast Duck Rice

Image
I was told this is one of the best Duck Rice in town… and in fact, those that work or stay around the area also reckon the Duck Rice here is the best. You’ll see people lining up to make their order and people waiting patiently for their order too. From there, you can conclude this is the best! Each Roast Duck costs about RM36 to RM38, other orders like Char Siew (BBQ Pork 叉燒 ), Roasted Pork ( 燒肉 ), is vary from RM4, 6 to RM8. They used to have Roasted Sausages ( 燒腸 ), wonder why they stopped selling now. Each plate of Roast Duck and others will have this sweet bean sauce that place at the side. That is a special taste that acquire for this. Home made chili which is a must to have. Generous of duck sauce for the rice that’s make the rice even more fragrant. A complimentary bowl of soup that is made out from winter melon, and ribs that make the soup sweet and tasty. A simple lunch like this honestly does give you an ommph feeling!! Chinoz In The Park

During my last visit in KL, I was sharing with you that without a reservation in any places in Suria KLCC is honestly a big headache for us. Actually Chinoz in the Park was my first choice when I hop into, unfortunately in and out of the restaurant is full of people. I could see people enjoying the environment that’s surrounding the restaurant. That moment, I asked myself, how could is this place? I knew it wasn’t a right time to hop in without reservation, and true enough they didn’t have any place for us, yet, we gotta wait for about 20 to 30 minutes. And that’s hell lots of time for a hungry person like us. But today, the 2nd day of the exhibition… we walked back there again. I truly thank god for giving such an opportunity to dine here. Well, I managed to grab a place for lunch and also beautiful scenery too. A table that facing out the park and you could see people bringing their family lingering around in the park, taking photographs and so on. Seriously we both do not know wh

During my last visit in KL in October, hubby and I was exhausted and decided to land in this place for our dinner. That trip was basically to accompany hubby, as he has to attend a major exhibition. We drove down to KL at about 11.45pm, and reached KL at about 3 something, with the traffic jams and so on, basically by the time we checked into our hotel is already 4 something. Settled down, change, and have a glass of water, by the time we reach KL Convention Centre is already 5pm. Thank goodness, we were staying in Traders Hotel which is next to the exhibition hall. Seriously when you’re down in the hall, you didn’t realize the time was basically passing very fast, what people said it’s true – time flies! Hubby was definitely excited about the exhibition that he’s longing to visit. By the time we stepped out from the hall, it’s already 8 plus, walked down to KL Suria for food without reservation is honestly a big headache for us. Lingering around and wondering what to have for dinn

This place is definitely new to me, despite I heard so much about it. It was a pleasant evening that hubby wanted to take his parent for a simple meal and also brought them here where they could find their fond memories. This place has been operated for a long time, even many generations of customers have patronized them without fail. Mr Ong is friendly and courtesy too… he was the one that recommended these dishes to us. He said for old folks, it’s not advisable to take Vegetable Soup which they have, but Sea Weed Soup with minced pork and fish ball would be the better choice. Since hubby doesn’t take Pork Liver, he made this to Lean Pork Meat for us. This is Dark Soya Sauce with 5 Spices Powder Meat with Sour Pickles. I find it a bit sweet but it’s definitely delicious to have it with steam rice. Curry Tumis Fish. I could see almost every table have this. I bet it’s one of the best. True enough, it is indeed. Bean Curd with Leek is another signature dish that they have. Mr Ong

When I was first introduced to Malay Nasi Ayam Periuk Besar, I was honestly very skeptical about it. Cuz to me anything without lard and garlic, I doubt it’s delicious, tasty or fragrant. Well this really proofs me wrong, and I am apologizing to have such judgment on this. Cuz, you know why? Because their Nasi Ayam Periuk Besar honestly is really really good! I’ll give a big thumb up on it. I brought hubby there today, and I told him it’s a must to try on their Nasi Ayam (aka Chicken Rice). Especially their chili sauce which is made of turmeric sauce, belachan (shrimp paste), shallots, and tomatoes the goes very well with the chicken. I was told they are pretty famous in Kedah state, and this is the 1st branch in Penang, and was told another branch in Komtar is coming up too. What’s their signature? All types of Nasi Ayam! Nasi Ayam Dot Mai, Nasi Ayam Madu (Honey Chicken), Nasi Ayam Panggang (BBQ Chicken), and Nasi Ayam Kampung. But what’s the best among these four, Dot Mai is th

Franchise business and fast food is every where in town, but to find something good and value for money, that’s something hard to come by. I know many consumers will give such remarks,… but we have this right here in Butterworth in Sunway Carnival Mall. A place where you could find good food as in economical and delicious, as well as value for money too. Why would I say that? Cuz, many of us here are only an employee, money is getting hard to earn nowadays. Therefore looking for value for money food is not easy to come by as I said earlier. Thanks to Taufulo & CK , who arranged this review for us, and with this now we know where to get such ‘value for money’ food in town. Yes, Kim Tavern is in Sunway Carnival Mall. And it is just located opposite 600CC at the Lower Ground. Seriously, food range is a lot for people to choose, price range from RM15-90 the most expensive one to RM6-90 the cheapest. And mind you, RM15-90 is Black Pepper Steak, so where can you find such cheap
