這回我們住在檳城的可說是幸運了，
這話怎麼說呢?
若您們想吃正宗的韓國菜,
這就是最佳地點。
這對夫婦正是韓國人,
丈夫剛退休於居林高科技地區的美國公司。
美麗的賢妻又是愛烹調食物給人家欣賞的人這還不是最佳地方嗎?
再說這也是韓國私房菜呢!
CK Lam 為此安排我們在舍廊居作個食物評論。
菜肴 (
價格根據大小按我們的順序),
老闆娘為我們烹調韓國地道菜肴來享用,
全部都是老闆娘經心傑作。
就拿韓國烤肉 (Modeum BBQ 고기구이, RM150)
來說,
盤子上有花蟹,
牛肋骨肉,
猪排肉,
花腩肉,
雞肉,
明蝦,
魷魚和貽貝。
再加上這些配菜 (
banchan 반찬),
這根本就是好,
頂呱呱!
另外端上的是豬蹄 (Jokbal 족발 RM70) 。
最好就是送酒一塊兒吃!
韓國雜菜 (
Japchae 잡채 RM30)
韓國冬粉炒與碎肉及一些豆類,
蔬菜。
海鮮湯 (Haemultang RM80,
小 RM60) -
韓語謂tang
也就是guk, guk
也就是湯。
這一道菜是須要用文火慢慢煨燉,
這樣才能吃到海鮮的鮮味。
鍋裡面有花蟹,
明蝦,
魷魚,
扇貝,
牡蠣和貽貝,
和韓國專用的辣椒才煮成這鍋鮮味的湯。
炒猪肉和魷魚 (Ojingeo Samgyeopsal Bokkeum RM30)
味道辛辣給人一種很痛快的感覺。
Agwijjim 或Agujjim
是通用詞。
這一道菜是用一種深海魚來烹調的。
這一種魚又稱為“
安康鱼”,
又名琵琶鱼。
據說這一種魚沒什麼肉可是味道極鮮甜。(
價格大約 RM80,
小盤大約 RM60) 。
煨燉猪排骨肉 (Maewoon Kalbi RM30, 小 RM20),
這煲燉猪排骨湯材料有白蘿蔔,
紅蘿蔔,
土豆,
紅棗,
金針菇,
冬粉以及韓國辣椒來燉。
味道可有點辣和美味。
韓國烤辣雞 (Dakgalbi, 닭갈비RM50),
這一道菜是春川市(춘천시)
的特色食品。
通常韓國專用辣椒醬來醃及煮。
煲裡頭有白菜,
蔥,
韭蔥,
辣椒片,
紅蘿蔔和金針菇。
以上菜肴全是老闆娘林受妍經心傑作,
在這我們可要感謝金先生和他太太的親切招待。
舍廊居不止食物美味可口, 這裏環境宜人也令顧客感覺舒適。
目前烤肉有八折優待到 2009 年年尾。舍廊居位於檳華女子中学斜對面。

국 和 탕 意義雖然基本相同，但所指的概念還是不太一樣的，故兩者不能互換使用。
탕主要指帶湯水的主食，국才比較像中餐裏喝的湯。^^
